1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HonouredPages platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users including free, Premium, Lifetime, Concierge, and Business plan holders.
2. Description of Service
HonouredPages provides a digital memorial and family legacy platform allowing users to create, manage, and share memorial pages for deceased individuals. Features include photo and media uploads, biography creation, tribute walls, QR code generation, and funeral programme export.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you have the right and authority to create a memorial for the individual named.
6. Plans, Pricing and Payments
Free Plan
No charge. Limited to 1 memorial page and 10 photos. Features may be modified or discontinued with 30 days' notice.
Premium Plan — £9.99/month or £99.99/year
Billed in GBP. Includes expanded features as described on our Pricing page. Cancel anytime — access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
Lifetime Plan — £119 one-time payment
(a) Fair Usage: Subject to fair and reasonable storage usage.
(b) Right to Modify:Baulin Technologies Limited reserves the right to modify Lifetime plan features with 90 days' written notice. Changes will not remove access to memorials already created.
(c) Permanence:In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide 6 months' notice and a full data export.
(d) "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of HonouredPages.
Concierge Plan — £199 one-time payment (includes Lifetime)
(a) Delivery: Memorials are built within 48 hours of a completed intake form.
(b) Revisions: Two rounds of revisions are included.
(c) Ownership Transfer:The completed memorial is transferred to the family's account on completion. HonouredPages retains read-only access.
(d) Refunds: A full refund is available if building has not yet commenced. Once building has commenced, no refund is available.
Business Starter — £59/month or £590/year
Up to 20 new memorial pages per month. Includes ownership transfer to client families. 14-day free trial available, no credit card required.
Business Professional — £149/month or £1,490/year
Unlimited memorial pages. Includes all Business Starter features plus dedicated account manager and priority support. 14-day free trial available, no credit card required.
Business Enterprise — Custom pricing
For large organisations, cemetery groups, and hospice networks. Contact hello@baulin.co.uk for details.
Currency
All prices are displayed in GBP and billed in GBP by Stripe. Display conversions to other currencies are approximate and for reference only. Your bank or card provider may apply a conversion fee for non-GBP cards.
Commercial Use
Free, Premium, Lifetime, and Concierge plans are for personal family use only. Using a personal plan account to create memorials on behalf of third-party clients as part of a commercial funeral service requires a Business plan. Violation may result in account suspension without refund.
7. QR Codes
HonouredPages generates QR codes that link to memorial pages.
Free plan users have access to a static on-screen QR code. It is not available for download.
Premium, Lifetime, Concierge, and Business plan users receive dynamic QR codes hosted via HonouredPages's redirect service. Dynamic QR codes allow the destination URL to be updated server-side, ensuring codes printed on physical materials remain functional if URLs change.
QR code downloads are available in PNG and PDF formats for all paid plans.
Fair Usage & Permanence
(a) Fair Usage Policy: Lifetime hosting is subject to fair and reasonable usage.
(b) Permanence Commitment:In the event of service discontinuation, we will provide a minimum of 6 months' notice and a full data export.
